SailGP, the most exciting racing on water, and CBS Sports announced an extension of their U.S. television agreement today that will feature a record number 54 hours of coverage of the Rolex SailGP Championship across CBS Sports platforms for the 2025 Season.

CBS Sports has been home to the global racing championship in the U.S. since 2019, and for the 2025 Season fans can tune-in to CBS Sports’ platforms to watch every SailGP race beginning this Saturday, December 7 at 2:30 p.m. ET when the Emirates Dubai Sail Grand Prix is broadcast on CBS Television Network.

“We are thrilled to make history with the largest-ever U.S. broadcast deal for SailGP as the appetite for the most exciting racing on water continues to grow in the U.S. market,” said Sir Russell Coutts, SailGP Chief Executive Officer. “Coming off record-breaking audience figures from last season, CBS Sports’ expanded commitment to our league provides another proof point that SailGP is one of the world’s fastest growing sports and entertainment properties.”

“SailGP is high-octane, dynamic racing against the backdrop of the world’s most beautiful vistas,” said Greg Trager, Vice President, Programming, CBS Sports. “They have a growing fanbase and we look forward to welcoming them back for another exciting season.”

CBS Television Network will broadcast 12 races on key weekends this season to capture mass American audiences as SailGP, while CBS Sports Network will feature coverage of every racing day, including the three U.S. events on the calendar in Los Angeles, San Francisco and New York.

With national teams racing in identical high-tech, high-speed 50-foot foiling catamarans at iconic venues around the world, SailGP’s global reach and digital appeal has grown every year since the league’s inception in 2019. SailGP’s dedicated international broadcast audience increased by 48 percent to a record 193 million households across 212 international territories last season.

The news follows SailGP’s record-setting season opening event last month in Dubai, at which the league debuted its largest-ever F50 fleet - including two new nations - and its inaugural Title Partnership with Rolex.
