SailGP Accreditation Terms & Conditions // 4 December 2025

General

  1. These Terms and Conditions are issued by F50 League LLC or its group of companies (collectively, “SailGP”) and govern the issue of an accreditation pass (“Pass”) for one or more sailing events forming part of the Rolex SailGP Championship or training sessions for such events (“Events”) staged by SailGP (the “Accreditation”).

  2. The issuance of a Pass to a person applying for Accreditation (“Applicant”) or (“you”) is subject to acknowledgement of and acceptance by such Applicant (or that of the Applicant’s parents or legal guardians if, under the laws appliable in the Applicant’s
country of residence, the Applicant is a minor or without legal capacity or, in any case, is under 18 years old) of these Terms and Conditions.

  3. Events will take place at different venues around the world (“Venues”), and the issuance of a Pass at certain Venues may also be subject to Applicant agreeing to be subject to local venue regulations or site rules (“Venue Regulations”) imposed by any third party, or be subject to additional terms and conditions by SailGP. In the event of a conflict between any terms and conditions posted in relation to a specific Event and these Terms and Conditions, the terms and conditions posted in relation to the specific Event shall take precedence.

  4. SailGP may update these Terms and Conditions as it deems necessary in its sole discretion, such amendment taking effect from the date of issue. It shall be the responsibility of each Applicant to ensure they check these Terms and Conditions as
linked in SailGP’s Accreditation portal for updates prior to attending each Event. SailGP need not individually notify Applicants of any changes to these Terms and Conditions.

Applying for Accreditation

  1. Accreditation application will consist of an application form and digital photograph of the Applicant, and must be submitted electronically through the SailGP Accreditation functionality platform, a link to which will be shared by the relevant SailGP contact person. All Accreditation applications will be processed in accordance with the SailGP Privacy Policy (https://sailgp.com/general/privacy).

  2. The photograph must comply with the following elements: a. It shows the Applicant in portrait orientation;

    d. it must be at least 480 pixels wide and 600 pixels high (ratio width/height of 4x5).

  3. Only natural persons are eligible to apply for a Pass and each Applicant will be considered, individually. Accreditation is personal to each Applicant. Children or dependents of Applicants will not be granted Accreditation nor access to the Venue or Event.

  4. Where multiple persons from the same organisation are seeking a Pass, either they or a lead member from their organisation may submit an individual application request, and each of the persons applying for Accreditation shall separately be considered an Applicant for the purposes of these Terms and Conditions.

  5. Applicants must make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data in their Accreditation application.

  6. Applicants will be advised whether or not their application for Accreditation has been approved by via a confirmation email. SailGP will not be responsible for non-notification of Applicants who provide inaccurate email addresses or contact details. No application for Accreditation will be reviewed and considered unless they are made in accordance with the process set out herein.

  7. SailGP reserves the right to impose deadlines on submission of information by the Applicant; such deadlines will be published on the Accreditation Portal.

  8. A Pass is available for: (i) SailGP employees, contractors and other staff; (ii) employees, contractors and other staff of service supplier companies, service providers or other third parties working with SailGP to deliver its Events at Venues; (iii) for commercial and other partners of SailGP including sponsors; (iv) members of the media, including broadcasters, news organisations, journalists; (v) SailGP invited guests; and (vii) any other individual in SailGP’s sole discretion.

  9. Members of the media, news organisations, broadcasters, and journalists may be subject to additional media-related terms and conditions.

  10. Only persons who have a legitimate business function at an Event or Events should apply for, and will be considered for, a Pass.

  11. A Pass is not additionally required for any person with ticketed access to a given Event, unless they are separately required to perform a legitimate business function the scope of which is not covered by the admission provided by their ticket and which requires a Pass. For the avoidance of doubt, admission and entry to, and use of any hospitality at the Events including the Adrenaline Lounge by individuals who have been issued tickets in respect of such hospitality areas do not require a Pass, but a Pass may not admit such
individuals to such areas save where its conditions permit.

  12. SailGP shall consider each Applicant on a case-by-case basis in its sole discretion.

  13. An Applicant should apply for access to those areas of the Event sites (“Zones”) to which the Applicant genuinely requires access. SailGP may in its sole discretion grant an Applicant Accreditation for a different Zone or Zones within the Event site from those to which the Applicant has requested access. If granted, the Pass shall specify what Event(s) and Zone(s) the Applicant has access to.

  14. If an Applicant has accessibility needs, they should provide SailGP with details when applying for Accreditation, noting that while SailGP shall use reasonable efforts to account for their needs, not all Event sites or Zones will necessarily be equipped with infrastructure suitable for individuals with accessibility requirements.

  15. An Applicant requiring access to all Events in a season of the Rolex SailGP Championship should apply for a season pass instead of passes to individual Events. SailGP shall determine in its sole discretion whether it is appropriate for that Applicant to receive a
season pass or whether they should instead apply for passes to Events individually.
