Accredited media may not broadcast the racing live unless they are a rights-holding broadcaster.
Use of SailGP-provided footage for non-rightsholders is permitted under the following restrictions:
- Maximum of 60 seconds of race footage per race day and 120 seconds per program.
- Footage may only be used within 24 hours of each race day.
- No archival rights are granted.
- SailGP shall own and retail all copyright and other intellectual property rights in any race footage distributed by both rights-holding and non-rights holding broadcasters.
