Giles Scott's NorthStar Canada picked up their first win of the 2025 Season with a superb victory in Los Angeles, overcoming Australia and New Zealand in the winner-takes-all Final.
Despite not winning a single fleet race during the weekend - with the Kiwis and Aussies claiming two wins apiece - Scott's team were by far the most consistent outfit across the two days' racing to qualify for the final in first place.
And the Canadians put in their best performance of the event when it mattered most, overcoming their two rivals in the showpiece race to claim a much-deserved victory.
